One magnifying glass button

The search dialog has 2 magnifying glass buttons. If someone is zoomed in, a search will almost always be zoomed out when one is clicked (because you're selecting a whole row or column one at a time with the first magnifying glass button press). If there was only 1 magnifying glass button and the search result is currently visible, no zoom-out will happen (which I think is more desirable).

Alternatively, an additional zoom-to-selection button might be nice.
