Link to a document describing the file type in the labels dialog & confirm choice if it looks wrong

I tried loading an inappropriate file into the labels interface and it resulted in a bunch of invalid label names populating my label selection. I think a novice user might do such a thing because they don't know what to select. They might think that they can select a duplicate of their input file which happens to have different labels. So I think that a link either under the "load more labels" button in the labels dialog or in the load more labels dialog itself (or both) would be useful. The resultant web page could show a sample or something.

Also, I think when the selected file is loaded, it should do a little format checking and if something seems amiss, confirm the load with the user before proceeding.
