Resizing window smaller changes column label scroll position in an unexpected manner

When you resize the window smaller and are able to read the beginning of each column label (i.e. the first characters in every column label), the resize causes the scroll of the column labels to float up so that you can no longer see the beginning of the column labels. I think that a more expected behavior would be for the position of the scroll to be fixed at the beginning/bottom (or wherever the scroll happens to be - the lower end should be fixed). If the user is scrolled all the way to the top (and the scroll bar is smaller than the full scroll pane size), maybe fix it at the top - but that's debatable.
