Max out the value of the color handle when cursor runs outside of the Color setting window

When shifting color settings quickly (e.g., taking a handle and moving it quickly all the way to the end of the color bar), the handle doesn't follow the mouse all the way to the end, but stops somewhere in the middle. To make it go to the end, you have to move it relatively slowly. I can imagine this being an issue only when a user is trying to quickly maximize the value of the handle (e.g., moving it all the way to the left or right). So one solution could be to assign the max value to the handle whenever the cursor holding it has moved outside of the window.
