Color settings reset to default after clustering & opening the color settings window

I tested the following pipeline:

Load matrix > Set proper color settings > Cluster matrix

Immediately after clustering, the color settings look perfect (exactly as set). But after opening the color settings window, they are immediately switched back to the default values (the ones guessed by Treeview when first opening the file).

Added some code to actually store the transferred color settings from clustering instead of just updating object states from the old node.
