Implement modifiers for all zoom buttons

Implement the modifiers for all the nav buttons as described in the holistic modifier plan in issue #70. Note, this includes:

  • main nav +/- button clicks
  • main nav zoom-selection/home buttons
  • the +/- zoom buttons in the martix scrollbars

    I think that a lot of this has already been implemented, but I changed the functions of each modifier to match how the modifiers were implemented for double-click zoom functionality.
