Maintain relative label scroll position upon font size change

"font size changes upon zoom", in non-label-port-mode, should adapt the scroll position, but sometimes they are resetting to the extreme justified position. A scroll position in the previous font size should be estimated in the new font size. When more of the longest label fits in the label pane in the new font size, more of it should be shown, but the previously manually selected scroll position should be remembered when the user zooms back in.
