Blue indicator bar wrong when zoomed in

When zoomed in, the blue indicator bar should only be above those spots which are among the currently displayed labels, but it appears as though the bar always extends to the far edge when zoomed in. I thought this was working when I merged with master, but going back and checking the fisheye branch, the same erroneous behavior is evident.

    Resolved issue #267. The assignment of the end of the bar was being improperly calculated. Now it assigns during the drawing of the last visible/blue label.
