Put color slider in the right pane above or below the zoom buttons

I think adjusting the colors is a common enough task to deserve some of the empty real-estate to the right of the matrix. Making the color slider vertical might make sense too in that context.

As we discussed in our meeting, I think the colors are usually adjusted once and then kept the same for a given matrix. So it's probably best to keep the color setting in the menu, rather than on the screen. I'm closing this issue, but we can reopen in the future if we change our minds.
