Exception when clustering only columns on an unclustered file

Cluster the columns of an unclustered file.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE AN ISSUE (OR TRIGGER A NEW FEATURE)

Open small_133x133.txt
Bring up the clustering interface
Select "Do not cluster" for the rows
Click the "cluster" button

CURRENT BEHAVIOR

The cluster progress bar freezes at 99%, as seen here:
