Freeze col/row name sliders when zoom level allows and add markers on hover

Regarding a previous feature request, where column/row names zip by on hover over the matrix - that should not be what happens when all the names can fit given the current zoom level. Instead, when the names fit, freeze them over their columns/rows and use a cursor position marker appearing on top and left between the matrix and the labels indicating the spot the cursor is currently over.
