Copy Labels: Submenu Ordering

USE CASE: WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO?

Order the copy labels contextual submenu roughly from most likely (or smaller) selection to least likely (or larger) selection downward

STEPS TO REPRODUCE AN ISSUE (OR TRIGGER A NEW FEATURE)

1. Open any matrix
2. Right click on row or column labels and hover over "Copy labels"

CURRENT BEHAVIOR

The current order does not reflect likelihood of selection.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected order:

1. This (pending in another BB issue)
2. Selected
3. Zoomed (larger but more likely. AKA "Visible (matrix)" in an earlier version of master)
4. Visible (pending in another BB issue)
5. All
