Update the TreeView3 Link on Alok's sourceforge java treeview (2) site

USE CASE: WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO?

Since Alok's site comes up on the first page of google's results when searching for treeview, we'd like a working link to the treeview 3 project on his page.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE AN ISSUE (OR TRIGGER A NEW FEATURE)

1. Google "treeview"
2. Click the top link (http://jtreeview.sourceforge.net)

CURRENT BEHAVIOR

1. There is a link to Treeview 3 in the yellow section at the bottom of the project home page that is a dead link to Anastasia's Princeton page.
2. It's also notable that Google provides a direct link to a download page and that Alok's site had a prominent "Download" link.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Ideally, both the download page and the project page would have a working link to TreeView 3.

DEVELOPERS ONLY SECTION

SUGGESTED CHANGE (Pseudocode optional)

Email Alok to ask for updated links (and for something more prominent).

Link to either treeview.princeton.edu or to https://bitbucket.org/TreeView3Dev/treeview3

Ideally, move TreeView to either Github or a group account on BitBucket. There might be services out there that do this.

Also, we should update the redirect from treeview.princeton.edu to the git site we select.
