Incremental full zoom

Make the center zoom button incrementally zoom either toward the selection or if nothing is selected, toward the center. And when a modifier key is held, zoom out incrementally.

Split this up by putting the zoom toward selection function with modifier as a result of clicking the zoom to selection and home buttons. Zoom to/from center was implemented for the plus and minus navigation buttons.
