First open very slow, every other open fast
It seems that despite how long treeview has been running, the first time you open a file, it takes 30-45 seconds. Every other open of the same or other files happens almost instantly. At first I assumed that treeview was still initializing after starting it up, but even if you initiate the first opening of a file after it's been running for 1 minute, it still takes 30-45 seconds to open the first file. If there are initializing procedures that only start upon the opening of the first file, perhaps start those procedures immediately at startup with a progress bar or something so that opening files always appears to be zippy. I am attaching a screen recording at low res just to illustrate the slow/fast opening and waiting before opening the first file to show that the first open takes a long time despite having been running for a minute. (Note: I thought it might have something to do with files it had seen before, so I was duplicating files in the video, but I pretty much ruled that possibility out.)

Not sure if this is resolved or not, but I haven't witnessed this behavior in a long time. Putting on hold until recurrence is observed.

Haven't encountered this in awhile... perhaps it's fixed or perhaps some user-action fixes it, like resetting preferences... no sure.
