Custom colors are not applied when a file is loaded

When a file is loaded that has used a custom color set, the custom colors are not applied to the heatmap until the Color Settings dialog box is used. When the Color Settings menu is selected, the dialog box shows that the custom colors are selected and pressing OK will apply them to the heatmap.
