When I go to File->Preferences->URL... nothing happens. I would expect a window to open.

The code for this simply doesn't exist yet. Not hard to implement, but we would need to decide what URLs to include for gene descriptions etc.

I see that now a dialog opens up that says that the menu option does not exist. That's better. But perhaps we can remove the menu option. What is the purpose of the URL? Is it to look up individual genes that are clicked on or just a page of documentation?

Chris fixed this, so I assigned it to him and resolved it. Selecting "URL..." now presents a dialog saying the option is not implemented yet.
