University of Delaware repo owner created an issue 2017-01-23

Loading gif disappears before success message displays which may cause users to not wait for save confirmation.

Clicking save again will display undefined notice.

Moved js functionality to new location above success in ajax function. Will send to CP for testing before closing bug.
