Upgrade ABGT1.2 To ABGT1.3

I try to upgrade ABGT1.2 To ABGT1.3. After import 1.3, I can not find the "Import" Button in Graph Editor. There is any way to import 1.2 ABGT setting to 1.3?

1.2 and 1.3 share the same data structure(v2) so you should not have problem opening graph asset. If you have an issue that is a must fix bug.

In ABGT1.2 I found the "Import previous Version" Button

After i Import ABGT1.3 the button no more exist

and ABGT1.2 Setting file in ABGT1.3 become missing scripts

I select ConfigGraph.cs in V2 Folder to missing scripts ABGT setting file and looks great now

I have confirmed the issue and - it seems there seems is no good automatic way to upgrade 1.2 graph assets into 1.3 graph assets. Technically speaking, reassigning ConfigGraph.cs to the graph asset should work, but there are cases this doesn't work well.

In order to make the upgrade possible without a lot of hassle, I have added graph Import/Export feature to JSON file. This is useful for 1.2 to 1.3 upgrade. It is perhaps also useful to share the graph across projects.

It is both in 1.2/release and 1.3/release - @torocheng Would you be able to test the feature and see this works for you?
