Overwrite Importer Settings - Revert/Apply button missing on 2018.1

With Overwrite Importer Settings configuration changes, Revert/Apply button is missing so that changes can not be saved.

    Due to Unity Editor code change Revert/Apply button will not appear, but changes of Importer settings will be saved immediately.
