APK size over 150mb

Hi, im trying to upload the app to play store, i used your app but i still get this message "Este APK tiene códigos y recursos que no se utilizan y que se están enviando a los usuarios." it says the app includes assets that are not used and is not letting me add it. do you know what can be the problem? i also tryed to upload as bundle but i get error saying that armv7 is larger than 150mb..
