Enable Trello

We (meaning mainly myself) haven't yet given Trello a fair shot. Documentation seems as good a place as any, and better than most, to open it up again for fair trial.

It's obvious that if IRC is the only means of communication, that effectively limits participation by time constraints. Documentation is probably the area that should be inviting the widest participation.

This issue is opened with no idea how acting on it will affect the availability of addons in general. If appropriate, please comment on this aspect.
