Plugin error when pulling jpeg image into GIMP

Opening a jpeg in GIMP results in a plugin error.

I haven't been able to recreate this error. Created a new user, opened GIMP, no error on loading an image. Reinstalled GIMP, same thing. No error. This may have been a one off thing.

My test machine is 32bit, I was not able to test this with the 32bit simply because the iso is too big to burn onto a CD

I haven't been able to recreate the error. So it's suspect at best for the time being until more folks test it out.
