resolved
seems that running addapplication from irc interface causes the bot to shut down a high percentage of the time. This needs to be looked at because potential packagers will not be happy if they can't test there builds. Also is there away to restart the bot when this happens?

Been testing the new implementation, and appears to be working. Cosing the bug report

Just modified the code a little bit. Initial tests indicate it is now working properly. Please report if you still have problems with this.
