Lzop and genext2fs packages

Thanks for contributing. We cannot accept this as is because the directory structure does not follow the convention. Please make it so it looks like NAME/src/NAME.SlackBuild. Also the slackbuilds should be sourceable. Update your sbbuilder or take a look at the htop slackbuild and look for "if $NORUN" condition. We appreciate if you fix this and submit a new request.
