Controller/bootloader

The installation sequence is wrong. When installing grub2, grub-mkconfig runs first, then grub-install. This process is inverted to what needs to happen. As a result, the grub2 menu does not have a background image, because grub-mkconfig (which has not ran yet) has not generated the video mode definitions.
