Fixed crash on startup when an un-initialized hard drive is detected. Added bootloader code and fixed bootloader.py to make sure Grub2 works. Added code to install kernels. Fixed vlconfig2 install. Added code to write /etc/vector-version to the target.
All has been tested to work fine with the current upstream branch.
