In the Extras repo we have kdelibs, however there is no phonon. kdelibs depends on phonon which can only be found in Testing repo.

A possible workaround for users experiencing this problem while trying to install kdelibs.
Try enabling the testing repo, then install phonon, then disable the testing repo again.
