USB mouse goes to sleep after one second
7.2 RC1, both 32 and 64 bit, real hardware: i5-3470, 8G RAM
USB mouse turns off after a second of inactivity. No light, no response to clicks or movement. Un-plugging it and re-inserting makes it work for another second.
Edited /etc/default/grub: GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="<other_options_here> usbcore.autosuspend=-1"
after running grub-mkconfig and rebooting, mouse stays working.

OK. Looks like udev is where we may need to go for this. This looks promising https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1178070#p1178070
So does this https://askubuntu.com/questions/185274/how-can-i-disable-usb-autosuspend-for-a-specific-device
Maybe we can implement something like that.

It's a feature, not a bug. Clicks do wake up the mouse, but it takes it about a half second.
I'll file another bug report addressing user impatience.

GRUB is not the place to address this, it would over-complicate multi-boot.
