Move palemoon 2.5.0 to stable repo

Upgrade of existing package. There were some significant bugfixes. Few of those could be considered security improvements, and of those none qualify as serious. This is mainly a feature release.

I've been running this as my default browser both before and after the upgrade, with no problems noted after. I don't know of this version of the package being tested on a 64-bit system, but the project's official installer did not change this time (rare for them). Problems are unlikely. I didn't want to ask publicly for testing under these circumstances while we're trying to have a kernel tested.
