Text login prompt trying to read /etc/HOSTNAME

Issue #88 resolved
Moises Henriquez created an issue

When logging in as root at a text prompt the following message appears

cat: /etc/HOSTNAME: No such file or directory

This was introduced when the file got renamed to /etc/hostname
