Include parted/gparted with ISO (VL7.2)

The Disks utility requires access to parted when accomplishing certain actions within the application. As we're including the Disks utility, parted/gparted should also be included so there's no error when a user attempts to use the utility.

Including parted should be enough. The disk utility can perform most operations the user would use gparted for. Users who prefer gparted over the disk utility can get it via gstlapt
