I've been looking for a patch to fix this, but I can't find one. If anyone can find one, please post the link here so we can get this fixed if we are affected. The article does not make it clear if we are affected or not.

Updated it to 2.23

Since glibc is part of the toolchain, The entire toolchain was re-built.
