The kde4 submodule needs to be updated and built for 7.2

This work involves

• Update every component to the latest version available
• Make sure they all build
• Make sure the kde4.SlackBuild triggers all the builds
• Make the kde4-meta package

You should fork the project and commit to your fork. After that you can issue a pull request

KDE4 for VL 7.2 is not feasible, this should be resolved as "wontfix".
