Enhancements to the web UI

• Modify the <builder>/builds/<build_number> page to display a link to the resulting package or at least the package directory if the build is successful.
• Modify the <builder>/builds/<build_number> page to link to the script used to build the package.

This was implemented a while back.

The 'revision' link in the build page links directly to the change pushed and the entire script is available there.
