make bookmark manager generic and persistent

I love this plugin. Yes, bolded.

May i request some features:

Bookmark pane: to see all the bookmark across the project. Multiple project capability of course. With configurable root project path (i mean: not fixed path). So if the project is moved, the link is still valid. The link points directly to the line, not just to the file.
Multiple displaying mode at the pane: grouped by file, by bookmark, or whatever make sense.
Trivial name for the bookmark (at menu and the pane): rather than displaying a number, we would be comfortable to see what is the meaning of that number. This requires configuration form to fill in. At the editor area, we still see the "number" icon, not the "trivial name" icon. At menu and the pane, both are displayed.
Expand bookmark symbol to use any printable character: number is too limited. Yes, any printable chars, not just English chars. Keyboard chars is the minimal. Unicode would be great.
Import and export capability: to XML, CSV, excel, or whatever format that can be manipulate with other stuff. Of course it should be manipulated with our beloved Notepad++.
Printable capability: i mean the pane. Dude, i am the old guy which still need paper to work with.
