Updated installation instructions

It seems the folder structure of the plugins changed, to install the plugin we now have to do this steps:

  1. Go to the plugin directory %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Notepad++\plugins
  2. Manually create a new subdirectory called NppBookmarkManager
  3. Copy the content of the downloaded zip file into this directory
  4. Move the images subdirectory from …\plugins\NppBookmarkManager\images to …\plugins\images
