Sword of the Brutal in dungeon chest

After loading a save file, i opened a chest in the explorer floor of the dungeon. it included the items shown in the attached image, including the sword of the brutal. at this point i already had a sword of the brutal in my inventory. i have attached the save file that i loaded and a picture of the chest contents.

I think this was fixed by or in the release of v0.4.4
