Arrows are not considered "Movement keys"

"The dialogue boxes say to press any non-movement key to continue, yet the cursor keys immediately dismiss them as well -- a bit of an awkward thing when zooming along and the game tries to drop some dialogue on you, only to have it immediately dismissed before you can react.
