Hunger/Item Balance and Suggestion

I tried doing a play through where I had to eat at 10 hunger. Also couldn't use slime gel. I still easily only needed to eat chicken. And I gained health potions faster than I could use them.
In other words if hunger went up 10 times faster you would still have no trouble feeding yourself on the most basic items.
I'm guessing balancing is a low priority at the moment, but just in case I suggest:
- Hunger goes up at least 5 times faster for the moment. I'd prefer more, (like at least 10 times) but as the game gets longer and if you reduce item drop I'm sure the balance of this will go all over the place.
- Health potions and restore potions don't start identified.
- All items drop a quarter as often at least by default.
- Slime gel 1/40th as often at least.
- Slime gel heals 1% instead of 15%ish?
- Health potions drop at least 1/20th as often.
- Restore potions only restore one step towards original form, or one area of body (Hair, torso, hair colour, eyes, ect.) (definitely the hardest to implement change.)

I think this can be closed now. Beyond the Potions restoring hunger and the restore potions being less plentiful, they've all been roughly addressed. And the other two I think I've seen mentioned elsewhere.

So I changed chest richness from 1-6 to 0-2 and think that's pretty good, So instead I guess I'd say:
