Strange, wrong polymorph counter

I polymorphed into a Succubus right after polymorphing into a Dragon (without returning to human between these two events) and when I return to human and check myself, it says I'm under the effect of some polymorph even when I am not really, and the number it says remains static and never decreases. So far that seems to be the only issue but I guess it shouldn't happen.

The polymorph counter is indeed incorrect, as it doesn't seem to update when you cast a new one on top. The countdown only stops when you're human. i.e., when one of the polymorphs wears off.
