Permanent Polymorph Form

Polymorph into any form while your original form is in the penultimate step to transforming into an Arachne. Then, get your health low (ex. some self-damaging item or hunger), anything that gets your health low enough that a Spider can kill you. That initiates the transformation and sets your polymorphed form as a base form. While the Polymorph timer runs out and reverts you, a restore potion brings you back to the polymorphed state form permanently.

This is really difficult to do with the Goddess form, but something like the Slime or Succubus form is much easier due to the smaller health pool.
