Hairstylist NPC suggestion

It would be interesting to have an NPC who you can pay to change your hairstyle and color. It could be a random lottery, or a selection from a list. Possibly other appearance features as well, like skin color, eyes and mouth, but it would be nice for each part to be randomized independently.
