Self Polymorph backfire error text

Self Polymorph gives the error, "You have no target for this to backfire on!" even when there's a shopkeeper near.

Self Polymorph should probably backfire from a list of 'bad' forms (there's a list for polymorph other, and many in the game) and/or summon an encounter and apply the form to the enemy as the opening scene in the battle.
