Masculine potion may gives breasts

Using a restore potion as a female with tier 2 breasts (aka, after using one exp. potion, and also with a male base form) and then a masculine potion should do nothing, but instead gives the player breasts.

I think I fixed this in v0.4.1, but it might still happen so I am going to hold off on marking it resolved for now.

Unless I'm simply not understanding how to trigger the issue, then the issue is resolved, as I haven't been able to duplicate this.
