Feminine potion isn't multi-staged anymore.

Drinking the feminine potion once would turn you into a girl. Drinking another one would apply the slut curse and grow your hair. The second step doesn't seem to happen anymore. Maybe it is related to the fact that Marissa can already apply the slut curse for some reason and you can't remove it anymore with a restore potion (another bug already reported).

I think I fixed this in v0.4.1, but it might still happen so I am going to hold off on marking it resolved for now.
