RNG should be seeded

By having RNG be seeded (with the seed being saved and loaded with the rest of the game), it would no longer be possible to savescum for better items in chests, better floor layouts, etc.

Pull Request #8 seeded the randomization of level creation and chest placement/contents and reworked the structure of level generation (abandoned the snake pattern of paths between all levels).

repo owner I'm looking to get the current version with the remaining issues out next, and then I was planning on getting to work on the things in the D_Dnextversionnotes.txt file, which I will probably be organizing into a checklist shortly.

The algorithm currently being used to generate a random level should also probably be reworked.
