load existing user

this user "deadbirddog" appears to be existing in the system but there is no way to find him. I used "load existing user" option. but there is no drob down option

This happened because there is already a user called "deadbirddog" in the italian database. I don't know why, but it seems that he edited some segments in Italy in December 2014.

If you are really sure that the user belong to another country please tell me (specifying the correct country) so I can fix it.

deadbirddog is a US Based user. 100% sure. He's edited in Iceland too. Please change him from Italy to US. Thank you.
