Cannot change status - user appears to be banned

I accidentally created a mentee account with status banned. I was certain I had chosen mentee. Now I cannot change this status.

    • changed status to open

    You can edit an "unlinked user" (a user without a mentor) from the Country Manager Control Panel, tab "Load Existing User".

    If this is not the case, can you please specify the username and/or any other detail useful to check this issue?

    I would like to try this.

    First -- how can I load an existing user? When I try this I get an error message: I tried to use the "Load Existing User" tab. But no matter what search string I use I get "no results" So I cannot load any existing user.

    Depending on the search string I try, I get a notice that there were no rsults for the string.

    The search of "David" gives no results

    The search of "David*" gives no results

    The search of "D*" gives no results


    I also tried at I did try to see if I could make a change at http://mntr.waze.tools/manager/usermgr.jsp?user=DavidDogSP But I had no luck there.

    I think it would be useful to be able to change the status there, between banned, mentee, and mentor.

    Oh! I understand. I removed the mentor and I was able to load the user.

    It is confusing to think that it is not possible to change the status without first removing the mentor.
