United States uses Comma instead of period for numbers greater than 999.

A localization issue, in the US we use the comma to mark values over 999.

    This could be more complicated than expected, because the localization now is set at the server level. Maybe the quickest thing I can do is to REMOVE number formatting, for now. Let me think about it.
